Madison Rubin Evergreen EMDR Therapy Vancouver Portland

Madison Rubin,

LMHC

I work to build a therapeutic relationship that is trusting and transparent. I welcome questions, concerns and ideas in sessions and encourage feedback throughout the therapeutic process. Utilizing a person-centered approach, goals are centered on your identified concerns and the session is structured in the way you find most beneficial.

I provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges, identify strengths and helping you achieve the balance in life that you are striving for. I want to join with you to discover barriers, work to create solutions and celebrate successes.

Education and Training

I received my Master’s Degree from Lewis and Clark College, which is accredited through CACREP (Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Programs). My degree is in professional mental health counseling with a specialization in addictions. I have additional education and training in substance abuse, eating disorders, and trauma work. I have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) by the EMDR Institute and utilize this treatment to reduce or eliminate trauma-related symptoms.
